In 2022 the lawsuit settled with the atrium c q u r hernia mesh.. I was awarded $25,500 2 years ago and the attorneys keep saying it's still in the leIn process.. really for 2 years there was only 3,000 of us in the mdl I don't think I'll see a dime of the money we started the lawsuit in 2018 and I'm still waiting after 2 years since the settlement for my money!

We got the hernia mess settlement in 2022 and are still waiting for our settlement checks in 2024 Sanders Phillips and Grossman are claiming that it is still in the l e I N process.. for 2 years I don't know who to talk to or where to turn cuz they keep telling me the same thing it's still in lein process and I was awarded over $25,000 that I will probably never see a dollar of it!

They kept us in the dark about when the settlement was actually given to them. They changed the firm name to confuse the plantiffs and then offered us $657 and sent me a $337 check after my son took respiradol for 15 yrs and died. They prey on the poor and mentally ill and kept most of the money for themselves.

My son was in the Respiradol class action law suit. This law firm schemed and lied to me (his mother) after I called and told them he passed away.

And they sent me. $300 check and refused to take my phone calls or emails.

Because they changed to Milberg. They preyed on the mentally Ill and cheated them out of their settlement money

I called your firm in 2016 to see if I was eligible to participate in your class action lawsuit as I got esophageal cancer, and I've never heard a word back from you in 6 years. Is this even going to trial or should I just forget it? Very unhappy with your services!

Class Action Claim From Taking an antidepressant medication by the name Risperdal that Resulted in me a Man Growing Female Breast,I joined in this class action claim back in 2015 , in April of 2021 I was Mailed out a Release of settlement forum after being contacted and advised to sign it and Return it ASAP in order to receive a low ball settlement amount of $675.00 Which I think is absurd when you factor in my injuries I've sustained from taking the medicine, I was told by the law firm it was due to me being an adult for the low Amount,I look at it as age should not make a difference because young are grown the injuries are disgusting and what makes it worst they want be honest and Fair about that Amount.

I was contacted by this firm in April of 2021 and told I needed to sign a settlement Release form and order to Receive the settlement amount of $675.00 Because unfortunately I begin taking the Risperdal as an adult which made no sense to me,Who would be in their Right Mind to Make A Decision wether or not to take the medicine, But I keep being told Johnson & Johnson has yet to pay the money till this day.
