They kept us in the dark about when the settlement was actually given to them. They changed the firm name to confuse the plantiffs and then offered us $657 and sent me a $337 check after my son took respiradol for 15 yrs and died. They prey on the poor and mentally ill and kept most of the money for themselves.

Very dissatisfied with settlement and malpractice
My son was in the Respiradol class action law suit. This law firm schemed and lied to me (his mother) after I called and told them he passed away. And they sent me. $300 check and refused to take my phone calls or emails. Because they changed to Milberg. They preyed on the mentally Ill and cheated them out of their settlement money

Explanation on how much other people got out of the class action because I got $300. Was that how much my sons life worth. Why do settlement papers say Sanders phillips and gross man when they merged in 2018 and I got settlement papers in 2022

attorney just told me there not taking any Risperdal cases to trial and where getting quick settlements for people. offered me a settlement of only 20 thousand not fair I deserve way more for my injuries. They said it takes 6 month to a year after I sign the settlement...
