There frauds
attorney just told me there not taking any Risperdal cases to trial and where getting quick settlements for people. offered me a settlement of only 20 thousand not fair I deserve way more for my injuries.
They said it takes 6 month to a year after I sign the settlement for me to get paid. I think they sold out to Johnson & Johnson. And they advertise getting ppl much more then that. They also advertised only taking 30% but taking half by law they can only take 40%.
So I'm not winning anything basically. And I have no choice but to take it because I'm out of the time window to get a new attorney to take the case.
Dont chose this law firm there not reliable. And file a complaint against them with tha bar association in NY.
